It first appeared during the 1970's in a magazine called Communist Czechoslovakia, but now can be found on this web site complete with an English translation of the step-by-step instructions! This site contains instructions for making the Dirkon camera which you can download in Adobe PDF format. The editor of the site also includes useful notes that he has jotted down after his experience making the camera and he has posted actual images taken with it.
